The XV-th annual all-Ukrainian research and practice conference: Current Issues in Pediatrics, dedicated to the memory of the prominent Ukrainian scientist, clinician and teacher – associate member of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, National Academy of Sciences and Ukrainian Academy of Medical Sciences, a native of Kharkov city, professor Victor Mikhailovich Sidelnikov (Sidelnikov’s readings), was held on hospitable Kharkov ground September 19-20, 2013. Victor Mikhailovich would have turned 85 years old this year.

More than 700 of pediatricians and family medical doctors from all regions of Ukraine took part in the forum. Priority tasks of pediatric science in the context of the healthcare system reformation, issues on healthy child care and infant feeding, problems associated with diagnostics, treatment and prevention of common childhood diseases were discussed.

It is already customary, that Megacom became a Title Partner of this forum. The meeting was carried out in “CARNAVAL RESORT & SPA” entertainment hotel complex located in “Homolshansk Forests” national natural park. In the meeting the current issues of the company’s business development were discussed, promotion summer cycle was summarized, the tasks for a final in this year, third promotion period were defined. The important component of the training was a role-playing day, in the course of which the medical representatives of the company were able to polish up their skills in carrying out visits and to prepare for the effective work in the regions.

The pleasant final of the meeting was a corporate dinner, when in warm and informal setting company’s employees could have a rest after hard work, recreate themselves, communicate with each other, share opinions and feel themselves as the members of one, large, friendly and effective team.

18-19 September 2013 in Poltava, on the basis of Ukrainian Dental Academy will be held scientific and practical conference with international participation «VI Ukrainian Gastroenterological Week». The conference program included presentations in plenary and breakout sessions, lectures by leading experts, round tables with a discussion of problematic issues of treatment and diagnosis of the digestive system. In parallel with the conference, an exhibition of pharmaceutical advances in the field of gastroenterology, in which will take part company Megakom.
