 Fusiderm-B is
a complex medicinal product that combines the topical
anti-inflammatory, antifebrile, anti-allergic and anti-exudative
activity of betamethasone with the potent antibacterial activity of
fusidic acid.
DOSAGE FORM:
tube containing 15 g of 2 % fusidic acid and 0,1 % betamethasone cream.
Fusidic acid exerts strong antibacterial activity against a wide number
of gram-positive organisms. The antibacterial activity of fusidic acid
against Staphylococcus àureus amounts to 100%.
Betamethasone is an active corticosteroid (III-class) for external use.
Fusiderm-B
is indicated for the treatment of the inflammatory dermatoses in adults
and children over 1 month in the presence or high probability of
presence of bacterial infection.
