With the first days of September, we realize that summer is over. We are enjoying the last warm days and feel the scent of approaching cold.

Summer holidays are left behind and all of us, fresh and full of energy, are ready for the work that is rich with complex and interesting tasks. A new school year traditionally begins in September, when school children, students, teachers enjoy meeting after the summer holidays. So it was for our company too.

The 5th of September, we all met on the site of the hotel «GoodZone», located in a picturesque corner near Dnepropetrovsk. As always, we celebrated our meeting with the gala dinner and disco. The next day we started our work.

The five-day workshop was devoted to preparing for the cold promotional period. At the workshop we:

- Analyzed the results of our promotional activity in the first half of the year
- Discussed strategies to promote our products using the SPIN technology
- Understood the essence of anti-corruption law
- Analyzed the CRM-manager report
- Together with Yuri Chertkov Igorevich we learned to work effectively in pharmacies
- Defined the goals of our visits to the pharmacies for three months
- Practiced the new skills by role-playing games.

One thing more, September 6, we congratulated each other with Happy birthday - the company "Megacom" is16 years old!

Five days passed very quickly and, inspired by the speakers, we went away to our regions. We are confident that the training will help us achieve the goals of 2011.
