We all got tired of long-drawn-out winter and anticipate spring warmth. However, a warm promotional period started in our company April, 1.

The preparatory work took place in Mischor, a small town at the Black Sea shore, in March, 19-27. The Crimea greeted us with the wonderful weather (+18 - + 20). We enjoyed blooming peach trees, daffodils, and primroses – True Spring!

Our training was as bright and rich as spring, and it was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

In the interactive atmosphere we discussed the strategy of promoting the products of the warm promotional period (Neurovitan, Riabal, Cefamadar, Glianov, Cefiks, Aerofillin, Duaktin, Simvatin, Fuziderm Delor, Promaks,Cefagil, Cefasel) and bringing into the market two new pharmaceutical forms – Oprazol № 1 and Oprazol № 28. We also studied “Emotional bank account”, once again reviewed the algorithms of work at the pharmacies and at the doctors'.

The last days of the training were devoted to practice and practice and practice! Every medicinal representative participated in 6-8 role play, the managers of the company evaluated every game and their feedback was valued and appreciated. Top ten reps were determined in every group at the end of the training. The winners received diplomas and valuable presents.

We are thankful to the Department of Marketing: during that week the product-managers had been inspiring us and strengthening our confidence in success.

We are thankful to HR-department for perfect organization of such grand event.

We are thankful to Soud Al-Biss for fatherly concern for each of us.

Huge thanks to every member of the product department, who fruitfully and valorously studied in the relaxing Crimean climate.

Our president says: “The one, who is working well, is resting well.” With the delight we followed the saying: we enjoyed romantic evenings at the seashore(the most adventurous even went swimming!), we climbed up Ai-Petri, enjoyed the beauty of Vorontsovsky and Livadiysky palaces, Nikitsky botanical garden and the castle “The nest of the swallow”. We saw playful dolphins, sang our favorite songs to the accompaniment of the guitar and danced at the disco held in the beginning of the training.

Together we did good job and together we had fun, and together we are fully confident in our success!
