At the congress, Cherniak VA., assistant professor, delivered the lecture «Statins in the conservative therapy system of the patients with lower extremities ischemia of atherosclerotic genesis», which presented the study results on Simvatin.

It was proved that the 2 month period course administration of Simvatin taken by the patients with lower extremities ischemia of atherosclerotic genesis, stages III-IV, improves peripheral hemodynamics, lipid metabolism and exert anti-atherogenic influence.

It gives grounds to recommend Simvatin as a part of pharmacological protection system of this category of patients.
