Scientific symposium on the topic “Actual and unsolved problems in hematology and transfusiology” has taken place on the basis of National medical postgraduate academy named after P.L. Shupika on 1-2 June 2006 in Kiev.

The organizer was the head of the department of hematology and transfusiology NMPA, the professor Gaidukova S.N. Nearly 150 haematologists from all the regions of Ukraine took part in the work of the symposium.

Among the partners and organizers of the conference was the company “Megacom”.

The participants of the forum had the possibility to learn more about such important drugs in the practice of haematologist as Megaferin and Neurovitan.

On the first day of the symposium, during the morning session the main topic was “Actual problems of hematology and child hematology”.

Professor of the department of hematology and transfusiology NMPA Vydyborets S.V. presented report on topic “Megaferin – as a new peroral iron preparation for prevention and treatment of iron-deficient state of adults and children”.
