Since December 2005 Megacom began to sell the second product out of the list of products of Italian company ABC Farmaceutici. This is an iron preparation Megaferin, containing 80 mg of elementary iron in the form of iron gluconate and 100 mg of ascorbic acid.

An original dosage form such as effervescent tablet and pleasant organoleptic properties of Megaferin enable to use this product in patients of different age groups (both adults and children), and the therapy with this product becomes a pleasant procedure similar to having a cocktail what makes it applicable for children and expectant mothers.
